Basic Requirements

One Account Only

Refund Policy

Once any wager has been placed after a deposit, refund requests will not normally be entertained. If the request is due to an issue, it can be submitted to customer support along with detailed traceable evidence.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can only be made through the same KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account used for the deposit. The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawing must be the same.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If it takes longer, please contact customer support.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before making a withdrawal, the player must have met the applicable wagering requirement and completed KYC verification. Withdrawals cannot be processed if these requirements are not fulfilled.

Prohibition

If bonus abuse is detected — where a player attempts to withdraw by playing only with bonuses without making a real deposit — li798 reserves the right to decline the withdrawal and investigate the account.

Welcome Bonus

New players at li798 can claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks on their first deposit. For example—

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 320,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the deposited amount (excluding the bonus) will be eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once. Duplicate claims will be declined.
• Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses can only be earned through genuine play. Exploiting system errors is not allowed.
• li798 reserves the right to modify bonus limits and wagering requirements.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend to li798 and when that friend makes their first deposit, you will receive 10% of the deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks. You will also earn a 0.2% weekly commission from your referred friends' valid play.

VIP Levels

li798 has 5 VIP levels. Your level is determined by your play volume and loyalty over time—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback rewards will be credited as a bonus and may be subject to wagering requirements. VIP level upgrades are at li798's discretion, and we cannot guarantee any specific play amount required for promotion.

Fair Play

li798 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game results are not manipulated. Players are also responsible for conducting every game fairly and transparently.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted or ends incomplete due to a disconnection or software error during play, that game will be voided and a full refund will be issued. If it is found that a player exploited the error, protective action may be taken.

Game Updates

Games and platform services offered on li798 may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

Football Betting

For football and live games, only the official final score is accepted as the valid result. Results from external sources will not be used for settlements. For early payout offers and accumulator bets, only li798's official settlement decision will be recognised.

All players must follow the conduct rules below when using the li798 platform—

• Do not use abusive, aggressive, or threatening language toward other players or staff.
• Cheating in any form — collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited.

Closure by li798

In the following cases, li798 may close a player's account without prior notice and freeze any remaining funds pending investigation—

• If a player's personal information is found to be inaccurate
• If these terms and conditions are seriously breached
• If a player continues to play without following the responsible gambling requirements

Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request to customer support. Any remaining balance will be released once the Wagering Requirement is met, and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

Language

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy, the Burmese version shall be treated as the authoritative reference.

Amendments

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between a player and li798 must first be raised through customer support. If unresolved, li798's final decision will be considered binding.
